Presentation Overview

Calling all caregivers! We are so excited to be offering our very first FREE 1 hour online training for parents next month. The topic will be Summer Survival Guide: Tips for Screen Time and Creating Routines

This training comes as summer is soon approaching and we often find that children request screen time more often. As parents, we’re constantly trying to find ways to balance the use of our children’s screen time. It can be challenging and overwhelming all at the same time. In our webinar, we discuss some recommendations on routines and screen time for children and teens, and support you in beginning a screen time plan for your family. We hope you will sign up to receive this free training and supporting documents on May 23rd!

Please note, this is not a live training, but rather a pre-recorded training that will be sent out on the 23rd. This training also comes with the opportunity for a live Q&A with Rosalie and Rosie, for any parents wanting to ask follow up questions!

Presentation Objectives

1. Explore recommended screen time limits.

2. Learn about the effects of screens on the developing brain.

3. Receive helpful handouts to create a screentime plan, including considerations unique to your family.

4. Identify healthy routines to maintain during summer break.
