Group therapy offers a safe and shared space with others who are going through similar experiences. With guidance from a trained therapist, group members build understanding, practice new skills, and find encouragement in a community that fosters growth and healing. Infant Massage Class
Facilitated by Carolyn Moreau, LCSW, CIMI-2
We are thrilled to offer a group focused on supporting the parent-infant bond through infant massage. This group will focus on supporting parents/guardians learn ways to promote gentle and nurturing touch. We’ve all heard of the term “skin to skin” contact after a baby is born. This term is so popular because professionals have learned that this creates a sense of nurture, bonding, and regulation for an infant right out of the womb. Infant massages takes these benefits and expands parents’ tools to continue promoting several potential benefits for your growing baby including:
- Relaxation and letting go of muscle tension
- Increased awareness of body
- Stimulation of respiratory, neurological, and circulatory systems
- Learns about healthy touch
- Improved digestion and weight gain
WHEN: Mondays from 9:30am-10:30am (September 22nd-October 27th)
WHERE: In person at our south Austin location (8700 Menchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78748)
AGE GROUP: Babies and infants under 7 months and their caregiver
Cost: $60 per session, paid in 2 installments on the 1st and 5th group session

Executive Functioning Social Group
Executive Functioning Social Group

This group is designed to guide members in improving their executive functioning skills within a safe & fun environment.
Through a strengths-based approach, we will explore key topics such as:
- Task initiation
- Time management
- Problem-solving
- Social skills
This is an open group with a flexible end date. Weekly attendance is expected.
