Be Apart of Our Team!
Do Meaningful Work. Find Your People. Grow Your Practice.

We’re a team that cares about you as much as we care about our clients! At Mindful Connections Counseling, we believe that meaningful work starts with meaningful connections — not only with the clients we serve, but also with the people we work alongside.
Being a therapist is rewarding, but we also recognize that it can be challenging. We believe clinicians deserve a workplace where they feel supported, valued, encouraged to grow, and connected to a team that understands the work they do.
We’re intentional about creating an environment where therapists can focus on what matters most: providing thoughtful, compassionate care while continuing to develop personally and professionally.
If you’re looking for a practice where you can do meaningful work, build lasting connections, and feel supported along the way, we’d love to hear from you!
Be Apart of Our Team Culture!
At Mindful Connections Counseling, we strive to create a culture where:
- Connection comes first. We value relationships, collaboration, and creating a sense of belonging among our team.
- Clinical growth is encouraged. We believe learning is ongoing and want our clinicians to feel empowered to expand their knowledge, develop new skills, and explore areas of clinical interest (within a supportive environment).
- You have a voice and we want to hear it! We welcome ideas, feedback, and different perspectives. We want clinicians to feel comfortable contributing to the continued growth of our practice.
- Support is part of the work. You don’t have to navigate challenging cases or professional questions alone. We value consultation, collaboration, and having colleagues (and an amazing clinical director, Rosanna Worthington, you can turn to.
- Work-life balance matters. You deserve self-care to show up as your best self with clients. We want our clinicians to have the space to care for themselves, their families, and their lives outside of the therapy room.
If you’re looking for a practice where you can do meaningful work, build lasting connections, and feel supported along the way, we’d love to hear from you!
